Our staff works collaboratively to create a caring and engaging enviroment for children to grow and learn in new and exciting ways. The staff exceed professional development hours to prepare and implement lessons and activities to meet each child's developmental milestones.

Lisa Barbarino
Owner/Director
Lisa Barbarino is the owner and Director of the Children's Ctr. For Learning since January of 2007. She is married to Joe and has a daughter named Brianna. Lisa has been working with children for the last 30 years, and works a great deal with the community.
Talented Tigers
Miss Sam has been teaching for over 9 years in Early Childhood Education. She received her CDA license in 2018 and has been the Program Supervisor for the past 7 years. Miss Sam is also the lead teacher in our Pre-School class, the Talented Tigers, working with our Highscope Curriculum in preparing our children for Kindergarten.
Miss Alyse
Playful Pandas
Miss Alyse is new to the CCL. She worked at the Learning Experience for 3 years and worked with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years of age. She is our lead teacher for our Playful Pandas, 18 months - 2.5 years.
She implements activities for children to learn through play implementing our Highscope Curriculum. She is also on her way to earning her CDA Certification.

Busy Bears
Miss Darci has her 4 year degree in Therapeutic Recreation and has been working with the CCL since September of 2022. She is responsible for our Busy Bears Class, which is our 3 year olds on emerging language, physical development, and self-readiness skills through the Tools of the Mind Curriculum.
Miss Alycia
Curious Cubs
Miss Alycia started working with the Children's Ctr. in October of 2019 . She is the lead teacher in our Curious Cubs Class, 6 weeks - 18 months. Alycia worked in another center for 5 years and has experience working with children from 6 months to 5 years of age.
